3. Mail in or drop off at Madison Racquet & Swim Club, (mail to: Madison Racquet & Swim P.O. Box 508 Madison CT, 06443) Please include a 25% deposit, the balance is due 2 week before camp starts.
   
   
4. Fill out entry form and submit. This is to ensure your space is reserved in the camp. Janelle will email you back, so you have a confirmation of your entry.
